This means that our Hitchin branch, who picked up the award, is in the top 15% of retailers on Autotrader for customer service!
Highly Rated is Autotrader’s annual award recognising dealer excellence in customer service. It’s based on genuine customer reviews left on review sites such as Trustpilot, and its own platform. Due to this, it’s only given to retailers consistently getting good feedback.
Making this award even more coveted, for the 2026 awards, Autotrader increased the requirements compared to previous years. This ensured only the highest-tier dealerships received the award. To qualify by the June 2026 cutoff, we had to meet the following criteria on a 12-month rolling basis:
- % of reviews relative to sales
- Have an average rating of 4.5 stars or higher
- Have a minimum of 10 reviews
- Reply to 95% of 1- & 2-star reviews
If you’re looking to buy a campervan, you will be able to identify that we are in the highest-tier of dealerships directly on the Autotrader platform. You will also be able to see this award on our website, across our social media, and in-branch in Hitchin.
