Our Ford Transit Custom Campervan Range

At Redline Campers, we offer a wide range of Ford Transit Custom camper options. Whether you’re looking for a campervan built on the first generation Ford Transit Custom, produced from 2012 to present, or the second generation all-new Ford Transit Custom, which was first introduced in late 2023, we will have an option for you.

We offer our Classic, Sport, Sport +, and Sport XS camper models on the first generation Ford Transit Custom, and our award-winning Sport GT and Sport GT XS on the second generation all-new Ford Transit Custom. Whilst if you’re looking for a day van, our Trekker model is available on both generations of the Transit Custom.

In terms of trim levels, we are able to utilise all trim levels of the Transit Custom for our campervan conversions – Trend, Limited, Trail, Sport, and MS-RT. However, we predominately build our Sport GT, Sport GT XS, and Trekker models on Camper Donor spec second generation Ford Transit Custom base vehicles. Across our Ford Transit Custom campervan range, you will find a wide variety of brand new and used vehicles. When it comes to used vehicles, these will include both used campervans and used vans with new campervan conversions. All of the used vehicles here will have been subject to our stringent quality checks.

Ford Transit Custom Camper Conversion

All of the campervans available for sale here have been converted by us at our dedicated campervan conversion facility. Because of this, we are pleased to be able to offer a built-to-order service for all of our campervan models, as well as selling pre-built Ford Transit campervans for sale from our forecourts in Daventry and Hitchin.

Choose built to order, and choose everything from the exterior colour of your new Ford campervan, whether it’s short wheelbase (SWB) or long wheelbase (LWB), whether it’s automatic or manual, to a choice of seven different campervan and day van model options. This gives you all kinds of options to consider. Think the colour of the flooring, the colour and finish of the furniture, the colour and the material of the upholstery, plus options for awnings, diesel heaters, and more.

Regardless of the options you choose, you can rest assured that you will be purchasing a campervan which has been independently tested and proven to exceed BS EN 1646 European Health and Safety Standards. That’s because all of our Ford campervans are VCA Type Approved and NCC Manufacturer Approved.

Ford Transit Custom Camper Features

The Ford Transit Custom consistently ranks as a top-selling model due to its high practicality, car-like driving dynamics, and diverse range of options. Throughout our Ford Transit campervan range, you can expect to find Transit Custom vehicles with 2.0L diesel engines and the option of a 170PS automatic engine, or a 150PS manual engine. Both SWB and LWB Transit Custom vehicles are available too.

In terms of features, you will find comfort features including cab air-conditioning, leather bound steering wheels, and adjustable seats with lumbar support and armrests. You will find entertainment comes in the form of touchscreen DAB Radios and navigation systems. Whilst features such as daytime running lights, auto folding door mirrors, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control with adjustable speed limiter, automatic lights, rain sensing wipers, front fog lights, and quick-clear heated windscreens will be available for your convenience whilst driving.

All New Transit Custom Camper Donor Spec

All of our brand new Ford Transit Custom campers are available built on Camper Donor Spec base vehicles. This is a version of the Ford Transit Custom which is manufactured specifically for conversion into a campervan, and is supplied to us unregistered. Once converted into a campervan and registered, the body type of these vehicles will be listed as a ‘motor caravan’ with the DVLA.
