Our unconverted van stock

Across our vans for conversion, you will find a range of different unconverted vans located at our Daventry branch. Each of these will either be a VW Transporter, a Ford Transit Custom or a Ford Tourneo Custom. However, within this stock you may find VW T6, T6.1, New VW Transporter (T7), and both first and second generation Ford Transit Custom and Ford Tourneo Custom vans.

Every van for sale here is ready and waiting to be converted into one of our seven campervan models or our day van model, the Redline Trekker.

Unless otherwise stated, New VW Transporter (T7), and second generation Ford Transit Custom and Ford Tourneo Custom vans can be converted into the following models:

• Explorer
• Sport GT
• Sport GT XS
• Trekker

Whilst T6, T6.1, and first generation Ford Transit Custom and Ford Tourneo Custom models can be converted into these models:

• Classic
• Sport
• Sport XS
• Sport +
• Trekker

Every campervan conversion we offer on unconverted van stock will be undertaken to the standards we uphold as a VCA Whole Vehicle Type Approved converter and NCC Approved Manufacturer.

Whilst not mandatory for converters, VCA Whole Vehicle Type Approval means our conversions meet the Vehicle Certification Agency’s performance, technical, and safety standards, and are proven to be safe to drive on the road. It’s also not mandatory to be an NCC Approved Manufacturer either, however, we choose to obtain this approval to ensure the safety and quality of our conversions. Having NCC Approved Manufacturer status shows that our conversions have passed the organisation’s comprehensive safety checks and are proven to exceed BS EN 1646 European Health and Safety Standards.

All of our campervan conversions are undertaken at our dedicated production facility near Daventry, Northamptonshire, and are converted utilising a range of market leading components and our own bespoke solutions. Components that you will find in our conversions include RIB and Mobiframe beds, Dometic kitchen appliances, Vanshades Window Pods, Cabanon roof tents, plus our own bespoke CNC machined furniture, GRP roof, and BS EN 1648-compliant power management system and wiring loom.
