Here’s a detailed breakdown of what is included with the VW 5+ Promise Plan:

• 5 years’ roadside assistance administered by The AA
• 5 years’ manufacturer warranty cover provided by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK
• 5 x oil and inspection service
• 2 x pollen filter replacement
• Screenwash, brakes and coolant fluid level checks
• Tyre conditions checks and issue reporting
• Braking system condition checks and issue reporting
• Lights, battery, instruments, and wiper condition checks
• Diagnostic checks
• Outstanding software updates
• Service interval display reset
• 3 x MOTs

Whilst the VW 5+ Promise Plan is not transferable to another vehicle, it can be transferred to a new owner if you sell your vehicle before the plan comes to an end. This will entitle the new vehicle owner to all of the remaining services and MOTs.

There are a number of exclusions with the VW 5+ Promise Plan, these include:

• Any wear and tear
• Glass/body repairs or any other damage
• Camshaft belts/chains
• Drive belts/chains
• Any repairs or maintenance associated with diesel particulate filter and exhaust systems
