Do you insulate your campervans?

Yes, we insulate our Sport, Sport XS, Sport +, Trekker, and GT campervan models.
Each of these models are insulated with 25mm Dacron insulation and 8mm Thermo-Shield foil backed foam. The insulation we use in our campervan conversions meets the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations and conforms to BS 5852:2006.
By insulating our campervan conversions, we are able to ensure they are comfortable and suitable for four-season use. Unlike uninsulated campervan conversions, our campervans are resistant to heat transfer. This means that heat loss in colder weather and heat gain in warmer weather are both slowed down.
Insulating our campervans also has a number of other benefits beyond climate control. These include reducing the risk of condensation forming inside the vehicle and assisting with soundproofing.
