What is Thermo-Shield insulation?

Thermo-Shield insulation is our proprietary insulation product that is offered across our campervan range.
Comprising 25mm Dacron insulation and 8mm foil-backed foam, we utilise Thermo-Shield insulation for noise reduction and temperature regulation in our campervans. This offers benefits in the following ways:
Noise reduction
Installing Thermo-Shield insulation throughout our vehicles reduces road rumbles, stop vibrations and eliminates the hollow tinny sound often associated with other campervan conversions.
Temperature regulation
The closed-cell foam and foil-backed foam we utilise traps warm air in the winter and reflect radiant heat away during the summer. This ensures effective temperature regulation in varying climates.
Moisture control
The closed-cell foam structure of our Thermo-Shield insulation prevents water absorption, which eliminates condensation and damp inside our campervans.
